DATA & PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 6 September 2026

Your privacy is fundamentally important to us. At FusionNXT, our data collection practices are minimal, transparent, and strictly limited to what is required to deliver your software service.

1. Our Core Privacy Commitment

2. What Data We Collect

The software collects limited data only when necessary to bind and associate your account with your personal computer and provide the service:

  • Account Identifiers: Basic credentials such as your registered email address used for billing verification and subscription authentication.
  • Hardware Identifiers (HWID): A non-reversible cryptographic hash generated from your computer's system profile (such as motherboard and CPU identifiers) solely to bind your active license to your designated PC.
  • Transactional Metadata: Purchase confirmation IDs and subscription renewal timestamps transmitted securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store full credit card or debit card numbers on our servers.

3. How Your Data Is Utilized

Collected information is used strictly for the following operational purposes:

  • Authenticating your valid subscription status when launching FusionNXT.
  • Preventing unauthorized multi-device license piracy.
  • Facilitating license migration when you upgrade hardware components.
  • Notifying you regarding critical software updates or billing notices.

4. Non-Collection of Game & Browsing Activity

FusionNXT operates purely as a local graphics configuration utility. The software:

  • Does not monitor your internet browsing, personal files, or keystrokes.
  • Does not record gameplay telemetry, in-game chat, or personal credentials from emulators.
  • Does not bundle third-party adware, cryptominers, or telemetry SDKs.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account metadata for as long as your subscription remains active. If you choose to cancel your subscription or request account termination, your hardware binding record can be permanently expunged upon request.

6. Security Measures

All communications between the FusionNXT client and our authentication endpoints are encrypted using standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Internal databases are firewalled and access-restricted.
