Welcome to FusionNXT. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase, subscription access, and use of our Windows-based GFX software tool designed for Android emulators.
1. Subscription Access & Billing
FusionNXT is provided as a recurring monthly subscription priced at ₹129 per month. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring billing every 30 days until you choose to cancel.
- Access is granted immediately upon confirmed transaction completion.
- Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the software on one designated Windows personal computer.
- Renewal charges occur automatically on the final day of your current billing period unless canceled beforehand.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your account management dashboard or by submitting a cancellation request.
- Cancellation takes effect immediately to halt all upcoming scheduled charges.
- Your software access remains active until the current paid subscription period ends.
- We do not charge cancellation or termination penalty fees.
3. 24-Hour Refund Period & Sole Remedy
We provide a 100% full refund strictly within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase. If any feature, resolution, framerate mode, or emulator optimization is unavailable or incompatible with your specific PC hardware or software environment, your sole and exclusive remedy is to request a refund within this initial 24-hour window.
Strict No-Refund Rule After 24 Hours: After the initial 24 hours have elapsed from the time of purchase, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances (including full, partial, or pro-rated refunds), regardless of whether certain features are unavailable, fail to work on your specific setup, or become disabled following third-party game or emulator patches.
4. Single-PC Hardware Binding & Account Responsibility
To safeguard license integrity and prevent unauthorized distribution, FusionNXT binds securely to your primary PC's hardware identifiers upon initial activation.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key and account credentials.
- Sharing credentials, multi-client patching, or using virtual machine farms to bypass hardware binding is strictly prohibited.
- Legitimate hardware upgrades (e.g., replacement of GPU or motherboard) are accommodated through self-serve or support-assisted device resets.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
FusionNXT is designed strictly to optimize emulator rendering performance, unlock frame rates, and adjust graphical parameters. You expressly agree not to:
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.
- Distribute malware, attempt to bypass anti-cheat protections, or distribute modified binary packages.
- Resell, sublicense, or rent the software to third parties.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, trademarks, brand assets, and intellectual property associated with FusionNXT remain the exclusive property of FusionNXT. Android emulators (MuMu Player, GameLoop, LDPlayer) and game titles (BGMI, PUBG Mobile) are trademarks of their respective owners, and mention of them does not imply affiliation or direct endorsement.
7. Feature Availability, Updates & Disclaimer of Responsibility
While we strive to maximize feature availability, we will not be held responsible or liable if any specific feature, framerate tier (including 240 FPS), resolution profile (including 4K or 2K), or visual enhancement is unavailable or non-functional on your computer, emulator version, or game installation.
- Software performance and feature availability depend heavily on your individual PC hardware, GPU drivers, emulator settings, and operating system updates.
- Third-party emulator vendors (MuMu, GameLoop, LDPlayer, BlueStacks, MSI) and game developers (Krafton, Tencent) frequently deploy independent updates that may alter, restrict, or render certain features temporarily or permanently unavailable. We are not responsible for changes resulting from external patches.
- By subscribing, you acknowledge that feature availability is provided on an “as is” basis. If you discover within 24 hours of purchase that a feature you require is unavailable or unsupported on your setup, you must claim your refund within the 24-hour window, as no refunds will be issued thereafter.
8. Termination for Abuse
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently revoke software access without refund if a user violates these Terms, attempts fraudulent payment chargebacks, or circumvents software licensing mechanisms.
