1. 100% Digital Delivery (No Physical Goods)
Digital Products Only: FusionNXT offers digital software products and access licenses for Windows PCs. We do not sell or ship physical goods. No physical package, disc, or parcel will be shipped to your postal address.
2. Delivery Timeline & Method
Upon successful payment confirmation through our secure payment gateway:
- Delivery Method: Electronic delivery via your registered account email and instantaneous provisioning in your online Customer Dashboard.
- Delivery Timeline: Electronic delivery is completed within 5 to 10 minutes of payment confirmation. In most cases, license keys are generated instantaneously upon successful transaction completion.
- Delivery Contents: You will receive your unique alphanumeric software license key, access instructions, and the secure download link for the Windows client installer (
FusionNXT.exe).
3. Shipping & Handling Charges
Because all FusionNXT products are delivered electronically over the internet, shipping charges are ₹0 (Free). There are no shipping, handling, or packaging fees associated with your purchase.
4. Accessing Your Digital Purchase
You can access your purchased software and license key at any time:
- Log in to your account at fusionnxt.com/login using your registered email address.
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- View your active license key, remaining license duration (60 days), and download the latest software client directly.
5. Delivery Issues & Delayed Orders
If you have not received your license activation email within 15 minutes of completing your payment:
- Check Spam/Junk Folders: Occasionally, automated transactional emails may be filtered into your spam, updates, or promotions folder.
- Check Dashboard: Log in to your Dashboard directly; if your payment succeeded, your key will be visible regardless of email delivery.
- Contact Support: If your order does not appear in your dashboard after 15 minutes, please reach out to us at fusiontweaksofficial@gmail.com or open a ticket in our Support Center with your payment transaction ID. Our support team will investigate and ensure your key is provisioned within 24 business hours.
